Oak Lodge works hard to ensure our staff are person-focused and committed to plans that are personalised for each individual, whatever their needs.

Our senior managers and support workers utilise a wealth of experience.  They have spent decades managing and working in various environments such as playschemes and day centres for children and adults with LD, ASD, MH and additional needs, as well as managing Residential and Supported Living Services.  They have expertise in providing bespoke care and are able to see each person’s potential, working closely as a team to make this potential a reality.
